Default trade-in...?

ok, so my g/f and i went to the honda dealer to look for a car. she's been looking to get a altima then a versa, saw TOYota's... when i mentioned the 07 civic, she just felt in love! she took it for a spin but after all, shes not sure about lx or ex.

I have an 02 lx sedan (automatic) and whenwe were testing the 07 lx the idea came up. why not trade in my car for an 07 ex? what you guys think? my car is worth about 6-7k and if i get the ex with nav system i would be paying about 250 a month. or maybe i should keep my car that is pay off? i dont know what to do... the new Si's are damn nice. The Ex is nice too. Honestly, I would rather have an Si without Navi, than an Ex with it. But its your choice. It will help your credit go up too if you go for it

well the fuss is, it has a K20 motor which is one of the best honda motors. 200 Hp. 6spd. vtec hits harder than most of the motors. dohc. Its an Si. It also has better handling.
Test drive one but be sure to hit vtec.

I just wanted to let you know about all of the aftermarket in car gps nav systems. When my parents got their Acura TL-S, they intentionally did not get the nav system for a few reasons

-they wanted to be able to switch it between their cars
-many aftermarket systems have better software than the stock counterparts
-they are much cheaper.

It's just a suggestion, but look into offerings from companies like garmin and their streetpilot series.

And yes you are correct! i bought my mom last year a street pilot 7' inch screen. $800. much better than the small ones that go for 3-400. ok so i guess ill test drive the SI to see how diff from the EX is. And i think 6spd is better then 5spd, as long as the rpm are not to high!! (my brother got a mazda 3 06, 5spd and when he is cruising at say 65mph is usually @ 3000 or very close to that. my 02 LX does about 300 revs at same speeds...)

Other thing is, this morning i saw on the car pages bunch of civic being sold in the range 7-11k with about 50 thou miles avg. mine has 90 thou, its a sedan in perfect condition so i was thinking of asking about 8k.

I can see you 07 coupe peg, and it looks very cool. i can really see myself driving one of those babies...
