DX also come in coupe's.... well in Canada anyway i dunno about the us

I have a 93 honda civic DX and it's a coupe and i live in the U.S. so ya they have them in the U.S.
just look at my photo gallery i took the DX off though but i promise you it's a DX

EX-extra
DX-Deluxe
SE-Specaial Edition
LX-Luxury
SI-Sports Induction
CX-Conservative/Conservation
Type R- Racing Inspired

SIR- Sport Inspired with Racing engeenering
HF-High Fuel Economy

wait wait, HX is the "fuel economy" one... 115 hp vtec, no power anything and light wheels. DX and CX were the hatches right?
The HX has the same exact power options as the Ex(Mirrors, Locks, etc). The only different between features was the Sunroof.

im pretty sure LE doesnt stand for limited edition cause think of the number that were produced and how anybody with good credit or money can walk up and buy one.

No power windows, just locks to keep the weight down. You're thinking of the LX. The HX did come with at CVT tranny though.
