im trying to be totally nice to this girl cause shes like.. lying her *** off to me... but she has a friend who does junk yard diving..so shes gonna try to find me some parts to help fix it.. and drive me to work now and then.. using the sympathy card here... i still have the opertunity to turn her in... she had just gotten her car paid of earlier in the day..and dropped collusion insurance off... she thought i was gonna hit her.. she says not a scratch.. i dont believe it

im already screwed anyway for not having insurance.. shes not gonna get anything from it..cause theres no proof it was her..other then her statement that she was part of it
besides that if shes willing to help fix it and help drive me to work to get money then i wont complain.. theres no point in pinning someone with extra blame for her to be pissed at me

TURN HER IN, insurance or not she is at fault and will have to pay for it. You will be ****ing yourself if you dont man and that is in all honesty right there. If she has auto insurance at all you are covered because even the cheapest which is liability covers the other car if you(you meaning the person with insurance) are at fault.
