I was pickin up a 12 pack and while in line I noticed "Modified Mag" on the newsstand so I picked it up. Now I remember why I don't read car magazines. Who the hell are they writing this stuff for? Not me. There wasn't one useful thing in the whole rag. Yeah, sweet, I really like your 1000whp RX-7 that I will never ever be able to have in my lifetime. And I reallly enjoyed the article on gigantic manufacturers giving you a million dollars in free parts so you can make that brand new350Z do 200mph.

Whatever, I would rather read AutoTrader like Joe Dirt.

"honda tuning", "turbo" and "sport compact car" are the only ones with any useful info. but the others have an occasional gem.

 

There're always useful things you can pick out of them...although Honda Tuning was my all time favorite....and which one did that AWD integra?? " Anyone know?

yea HT is sweet. There is always an issue sitting on top of my toilet. Although they sorta skimp out on pics when they do complicated installs.

 

They almost got it to work, and then dumped the project for some reason...I think I saw it on ebay a while back.

 

Not really into the magazine thing. I'd rather get my info from someone like myself who has minimal tools to work with and the ***** to try it. I happen to be a start a project and wing it if I run into a snag.
