That's called a Dyno. Around these parts they're hard to come by because michigan has a **** poor car scene. Just call around to your local shops and ask if they have one, and what their rates are. Also, if you have local forums, check those out because sometimes they'll run "Dyno Days" in which you can get like 3-4 pulls for 50 bucks or so.
Are you just looking to see what your car is putting down, or do you want it tuned too?
..side note, in that video you can totally hear THE VTAAAAKKKKKK!!!!!!!

Not going to get it tuned up yet, just want to know what its putting down. And also thanks for the info

No proiblem man. Expect to pay about $100 or more for a few pulls. If you only have minor mods, I wouldn't bother wasting the money, unless you can get in for cheap. I kinda wish I'd brought mine in before I boosted it, but, I have a pretty good idea where it was at. In the spring I'll get that bitch on there and get some solid numbers, can't wait. With having to look forward to track and dyno days, it's going to be a looooong fuggin winter
