Default valentines thread!!!

i just asked a really good friend of mine to be my valentine and she said yes and i was going nuts trying to get ideas and think of something special and different to do. i figure this thread might help me and maybe others out there get ideas. so guys, and girls, post up wut ur doing or ur ideas and wut u think is cool to help others spark ideas.

mines still in the works but as of now im going to surprise at her work with a rose, then go to her at her house when she gets off of work with a candle lit table with sparkling cyder(were only 17..) and flowers and wut were gena do is make scooby doo mac n cheese together(inside joke thingy)and eat dinner and such and then watch a movie afterwords...i've told her about most of the plan and surprisingly shes really excited and thinks its awesome.

if u guys have any ideas of other things i should do or change, let me know! im desperate lol

thanks

Damn, I didn't realize it was tuesday. Good thing I'm stag this year huh?

Sounds like a good plan. Normally I'd suggest a Vermont Teddy Bear but it's too late now I'd assume.

Remember kiddies... be cool and wrap your tool. No one wants a VD on VD.

Well, me and my boyfriend have school the day after, so were having a simple Valentines day. On the actual day. I have to work, and I talked to my boss to let me go early.. Then Im gonna come home, and make him a nice dinner (this is a big deal cause I dont cook), and Im gonna try and have it all ready before he comes over. At my house, we have a formal dining room, that we only use on like Christmas, so Im gonna set everything up in there. And have candles lit, and make it all romantic. I think were gonna give each other our gifts that night. We already know most of our gifts, cause we know each other really really well, but I have a couple surprises for him.
Then, Friday night will be more for us to be together. Were gonna stay together at the Hilton, a couple towns away. He kinda told me part of his plan (but Ill let you know if he ends up doing this). He said he was gonna decorate the room with roses everywhere, and a heart with my name in the middle in petals. And have candles everywhere. Were going out to dinner Friday night. I know this seems like kinda a big deal for Valentines day, but last year, we didnt do anything special, we had kinda been going through some rough stuff. And honestly, a lot of this was his idea. I think someone here said something about how he was brainwashed, but really, hes just romantic, and he loves me.
Your plan sounds reallly cute!! And by asking her to be your Valentine, is that like asking her out... or...? I dunno, I think for the most part, Ive had a bf on Valentines days, and no one who I wasnt dating has asked me that... And surprising her at work is so cute too! One day I was irritated with my bf, and he showed up at my work with a card about how hes sorry, and how much I mean to him, and a stuffed animal puppy. (I wanted a real puppy for xmas, but my mom said no). Trust me, she will be talking about you all day to her co-workers if you surprise her at work. And they probably will say the same thing even my boss said to me, "hold on to that one!!" Good luck, and I hope everyone has a great Valentines Day!!

Sounds like you've got a good plan there racer, I'm sure you guys will have a great time.

As for us, we're boring We dont ever buy each other things for holidays. We usually just go out to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants (a day early or late so it's not busy as ****, haha). Or we'll go and take the money that we would have spent on each other, combine it, and buy something we both really want.

Well racer you definately have the right idea.

We are going simple this year, exchange presents, give her roses, dinner and a movie. Real simple, but nice.

i am making valentines dinner for her...

the Hor'deurves will be my crab stuffed mushrooms, followed by a ginger dressing salad, and the entree will be it will be lemon broiled sea scallops on a bed of shredded, sauteed talapia and crabmeat served with a bowl of japanese rice noodles in miso...

and i dont do sweets, so if she wants dessert, she will have to make it herself.
