Ok im hung up here i dont know which one I want now after contemplating and that all important thinking crap....I stuck on which one to get a Volvo 242 Turbo, or a 1994 Civic EX both would become my project car but I could only afford one ....

The Civic EX comes with a b18b1 or h23a1 in which I could install once i get a trans for it ....it would need a paint job and some work for it is in ok to moderate condition yet it has no rust to speak of..........

The 242 would most likely be the GT version however I would have to hunt down and find one but i have connections to do so .......

I have no clue on which one i would like both have pros and cons but which one can someone help me out here because this is giving me a headace

I would think that the Civic would have tons more aftermarket support. Based solely on that, I would go with the Civic. ((But I do LOVE a good Volvo. They built like tanks))

 

If I was you I would go for the civic.

 

only volvo I like it the turbo wagon square one. but if it is not that then NO! get a civic

 

both are reliable cars-but the volvo parts tend to be more expensive
+being a little more bigger & heavier it will ride a little smoother

The civic well have tons of aftermarket parts made specifically for the civic. The volvo may have aftermarket parts available but not all will be made will only the 242 in mind. If you are looking for a project that has relatively inexpensive parts you can get a hold of, go with the civic. If you want a project that you really have to research a dig for rare expensive parts and things to do, go with the volvo.
