JDM D15B, then I'll spray it with a 75 wet shot and drive it for a while. Hopefully going the H22 route in the future.

dude. you should build your JDM D15B. not kidding. how awesome would it be to be running 12s on a SOHC 1.5l 4-banger?

It requires custom pistons. The JDM D15B is like the ultimate mini-me from the factory. It uses a D16 crank with d15 pistons on d16 rods, a Z6 head and intake manifold, but has a more aggresive cam than the Z6. I can use aftermarket D16 rods but the deck is shorter than a D16 so the pistons will not work. Aftermarket D16 rods will go into a USDM D15 because it has a slightly shorter stroke and rods. I have boosted it in the past but will just slap a wet shot on it for the time being then save up for a H22 swap.

BTW the fastest N/A d series in the world is a D15, bisi ran a d15 into the 10's I think it was but he built the whole engine around some crazy cam specs
