There is a definate differance between a nice subtle tone of a stock exhaust, and the loud obnoxious tone of an aftermarket(not all mainly the cheap autozone ones, I know a good aftermarket magnaflow/flowmaster exhaust has a sweet tone).
db meters are pointless as are the rules that guide them. for noise ordinances for systems its 100db from 50 feet, I can talk that loud. And cops aren't carrying around meters.
They left the law open, not vague. They know exactly what they are going after, and anyone who is worried about this law knows why they are coming after them. Silencer plug > *

yeah that's not cool at all....in the states they have that sema action thing to fight laws that anr unfair to the tuning scene...maybe some ppl should get together and see if we can form one here in canada
