I'm currently stuck in a situation where I can't have a car because of school, but I have this constant urge to work on a car. I've considered rebuilding a junk yard carburetor just so I can have something to tinker with while I'm home. Is there another alternative? What do you guys do? Any other random ideas are appreciated.

 

Get into computers, or RC cars...mainly scale crawlers have a lot of "tinker" value. But I curb mine with re-purposing of old computers, and working on RC vehicles.

GT5. I accumulate real world cars that I love. I dont mean ferraris or lambos, I mean corollas and 1g mr2s. Things of that nature. Oh! I work like 70hrs a wk as well.

 

I'm with MBrent. I either play video games or work. Lately there's been too much video gaming and not enough working, hence the hault on my civic project.
