i want to get a new program to download songs, right now i have shareaza but its been causing me so many problems latley, if anyone has a program they reccomend thats FREE, and theres no spywear,and theres not alot of crap on it like songs that people screw up... please post it up

 

Limewire! They just released the newest edition like 3 days ago and it is waay good. For 20 bucks you can get the accelerated version and it is crazy fast... I downloaded the 3 Lord of the Rings movies simultaneously in 45 minutes. The free version is really fast too, though.

 

be careful with limewire man. the RIAA is hunting people down for downloading music, movies etc.

 

I'm using BearShare. The free version has an adware but you can download the cracked version using the free version, lol.

Yeah in the states they will but I did the LOTR download in Japan a couple months ago so I dont lose sleep over it, there are no copyright laws out there... I did hear, though, that limewire is run in the netherlands or something so you couldn't get in trouble like the people on Napster and Bearshare were. I still dont understand how anyone can track you down on the internet, so I wouldn't mind learning how that works if you could explain to me.

 

My friend uses Azureus and he seems to like it... I've never seen it work before, though

there is also winmx or imesh that ive heard of before

 

i use limewire as well..and i heard about that whole netherlands thing...it works great for me, i even used the free one to d/l the cracked one

 

I mostly use BitComet and d/l from torrent sites. I might also use Limewire if I can't find the torrent I want. Limewire is good, I got the newest Pro version free via BitComet.
