nope not his yet hes trying to get it .... its abandoned right now ... he doesnt know who owns it.

Thats a cool little car. But how is he gonna just take it and register it as his?

 

some states have laws that say: if x car is towed, or impounded, or abandoned for y days, anyone can claim it, or it becomes property of the tow company/impound lot.

so if it's legitimately abandoned, one might be able to get a title for it and claim it's yours.


I'd look into the laws of ohio for what classifies as a "classic" car, and see what sort of laws apply there for registration.. I have to imagine that car is at least 20 years old.

 

i woulod restore that little guy, i bet thats one of a few that are in the states, and if it was restored it would be worth so much
