that is a picture of an interfooler No plexi cover too...

 

that plexiglass is removable for race track use..... the plexiglass is there to block typical road debri and rain when driving on the street

i seen it on HorsePowerTV... you remove the cover to also get somewhat of a ram air effect.

the ram air effect of that thing is BS...to prove it wrong do this: take a square box, cut an opening in it's sideand aim a water hose at it at the center of the box and see how much water actually gets into the opening...you're lucky if any. That 90* turn just isn't working
