It's the militant wing of HCF, they first came to prominence when one member took a **** on the tires of another member at a run. It quickly escalated and the militant HCF members allied themselves with the Colombians. As the war grew more violent, and escalated even further, they amassed a cult like following from coast to coast, and with it, legitimacy and real power. The once brutal and rampant violence now simmers below the surface. They threw their support behind Obama during the election, and some political scientists credit them with being the sole reason for his victory. Understandably Obama has been evasive when questioned about his ties to this group, their distribution of high grade meth, and their after school program, Guns for Kids.
