i do custom finshing on houses inside/outside painting presure washing got contract to 5 show room buildings right before funiture market, hardwood floors, about everything to do painting or finshing.

yeah i know what you mean, a 20 year old here (next month 21) and making 4500-5000 a month selling cars isn't bad at all, and thats without a college degree
