IF I remember correctly the stated value policies are written as "the stated value or ACV.....the lesser of the 2." You MAY want to check that and go speak to your agent.

Good info. I did check and luckily there is no mention of the lesser of ACV or stated value. The way my Buick has been appreciating, I'm probably understating the stated value as it is. Thanks for the heads up. BTW, I lived in Phoenix for5 years when attending ASU. I visited Sedona in September and couldn't help noticing how built up everything looked. All the freeways and stuff! DO you live in Phoenix or one of the burbs like Scottsdale, Mesa,Peoria, etc etc???
