Long story made short I ****ed up, 4 of the 5 charges are as of now going to be dropped though. The only one staying is the assualt with a deadly weapon as of now but they are talking like it may get dropped to a lesser charge being they could not and still have yet to find "the gun". They say that I pulled a 12ga. pistol grip and butted somebody in the face with it.
