Wheres your tax refund check going towards?
i have a job. i'm a contractor under my dad's company. i just don't have taxes taken out of my paycheck because i'm a contractor. if i made enough money i'd be paying taxes, but I don't, so i just don't have any refund to get back because my taxes weren't taken out.

It's because i'm not an employee. it's not a "paycheck" it's a payment.
When you get your paycheck you have tax taken out. You get that tax (besides medicare) back at the end of the year unless you make money to the point where you have to pay taxes instead of getting a refund. Since my taxes aren't taken out in my pay, whenever I submit my 1040 form I include all the info and they determine based on my income for the year whether I owe taxes or not. I don't make enough to owe taxes though so I won't have to pay them anything, and I won't be getting a refund (because I didn't give them money before). Basically i'm going to have to submit my forms, and they're going to look at them and basically be like "OK".
Addiction, my TV was only (i use that word lightly, lol) $999 shipped on Amazon.com (Panasonic Viera 50PX80U). Its a great tv for the money, I highly recommend it if you do get serious about upgrading.
I have no idea what my wife and I are getting back yet, but should find out soon. I do know that it won't be anywhere close to enough to cover all the **** I mentioned in my last post, but every penny helps
