describe your experience driving the autobahns of germany. How did you feel driving with no speed limits?
I drove them regularly for over three years when I was stationed there in the military. I had first a used mercedes and later a v8 dodge. I was driving from nurnburg to munich going about 125 mph when a mercedes s600 blew by me like I was sitting still. It rocked my car when it passed. It's quite a sensation if you have ever experiened anything like that.

 

ive ridden on it.. but wasnt old enough to drive it...ill be back over there soon though...

 

My supervisor drove on it back when he lived in Germany and owned a Porche 911

 

i did some research on it before..its not all unlimited speed, only sections of it (you guys probably no that) and they have weard laws, like you cant go under a certain speed, if you run out of gas you get a ticket, a bunch of weard things..but it keeps the flow going

 

wonder what the record is on that road...? pretty sure somebody beats the old one every year

 

yeah there are minimum speed limits but im pretty sure in some areas there are max speed limits too...but theyre so high it doesnt even matter.

im gunna take a trip to europe after i graduate highschool. my friends and i are making sure to hit germany specifically for the autobahn.

 

they also have other laws like you cannot pass in the right lane so ive herd
