in the process of painting my winter wheels. thats about it as far as winterizing goes. wont be seeing snow and"frequent" below freezingtempstill like janurary most likely. probably towards end of decemeber ill raise the car a bit, put the other wheels on, and oil/anti-seize/greese all parts.

 

Whimps...get some ratchet straps and keep rocking the summer tires...

 

ill be rocking summer tires on my winter wheels. Kumho Ecsta SPTs are plenty fine for winter for meAzenis dont like cold weather...

Me too. I'm getting ready for winter as well. I untucked the cords from the vehicle earlier this evening. It was -5 this morning when i woke up. bout ten more degrees and i'll need to start pluggin em in. lol. I hate it here.

 

My car is staying like it is. If snow hits which does not usually last vary long around here I will be going and getting the lifted F-250 WOOHOO fun to drive but 6 mpg sucks but man that thing is a chick magnet

 

I just change cars lol. Hell I dont drive my vette in the rain much less the snow.

I am 100% STOKED for winter. Every morning, like a 5 year old on christmas, I wake up and run to the window hoping for snow. Now that I'm back into an AWD vehicle, I don't dread the ****ty Michigan roads anymore. Everytime winter rolls around I used to thing "man...I miss my truck!" Not anymore.

Plus, this is going to be the season I finally get back into riding the snowboard heavily. Been slackin the last two years because no one I knew locally rode. Now that a couple of my best buds finalyl picked up their own equipment, I think it'll become a much more frequent venture

ha i dont have to change anything for my winter coldest it ever gets is like 27 and has only snowed once in my town EVER and that was 28 years ago and it was only 1 inch so. guess what im actually lowering my car in the next few weeks lol my car will no longer look like it is in 4wd mode or "beast mode" lol
