and yes folks if it was anything else (a car, cell phone{s} or drugs) this wouldn't make news.... The guy was shot not for thieft of the ps3's but because his actions prompted the cops to shoot, it's just as bad as a 5 year old gettin shot because he has a toy ray gun and it's dark out.....
