Whats not fiar is my step sister has a driving record from here to philly. My stepfather has to have a seperate umbrella just for her! And to make it worse is that my insurance is STILL WAY MORE AND MY RECORD IS SPOTLESS.

I just don't understand it... how is it possible for that girl to be so dumb? My favorite part was:

The woman was unable to figure out how to open the car windows to escape and was trapped in the sinking car.
At first I assumed the car had power windows, but that makes it sound like they were rollers.
