Sounds cool man, should post up some pics. kinda pricey for me but i am use to paying <$300 a month for my own place(my share of the rent and bills only)

Dude, do yourself a BIG favor and get Renters Insurance. All your **** will be just that if someone ruins it or steals it. Be aware of who you allow into YOUR place. And congrats on the first big move!

nah, all my people are good people. also most importantly, they can all handle their booze. i just found out too that i get the big bedroom with the walk in closet and attached bathroom. i'm counting down the days
