The first pic is what happens if you mix too much hardener with too little epoxy
in thesecond pic you can see how my bumper now doesn't have a hole through it...and it's pretty smooth...just not yet smooth enough for paint

Just ordered a window regulator to replace a broken one...after this everything on the car officially is in good working order, I'll do all the hoses and fluids, get her into paint and in the end this will be one sweet ride...I almost don't want to sell her...
