guys.... and girl maybe, i dont really know... anyways, ive been stuck at work for the last 3 1/2 hours doing absolutely nothing... (i work for an eye doctor) except being on here and whorespace.... i mean myspace. my boss asked me to come in today... WHEN WERE CLOSED!!!!!!! to aswer the phones because "a lot of people call to make appointments." IVE ONLY HAD 3 PHONE CALLS ALL MORNING!!!!! and im the only one here.... i could be sleeping right now! (by the way, it's 12:22 in cali right now, and yes i do sleep in this late sometimes, and today would have been the day). So yeah, i just though i would vent my frustrations out.......

i hear ya. i work in parts for a dealership. i am hear till 6 and bored as ****

 

i work on cars... and i work untill its done, and then leave. i wish i got to do nothing once in a while.

 

I don't know why you guys are complaining. You do nothing all day and get paid for it. I do nothing all day but i don't get paid.

i work, but it is only part time for now, so i get up, but they never need me...it sux, cause i need 200 bucks to finish my car, for the most part(speed wise)

 

yeah i think u guys have it pretty well off. atleast u have a computer to play on and w/e. my boss always gets on my case to "always be moving", meaning always do something productive...and sometimes there really just isnt anything to do but she SOMEHOW finds some retarded pointless thing to do. and i only get paid $6.75 an hour..

 

I hate that. I was working at my dad's company last summer where they set up servers and other computer related stuff. I'm literally one step away from bieng a computer tech (i need A+ certification) and i was sweeping floors. I could put the computers together (which i did do) but instead i'm sweeping floors. I got paid 9.00/hr but i guess it was thier loss.

 

if u didnt say it i was.. just seat there and get payed for it? it would be nice..

 

it is at first. i work for a tax software company. i sit at a cubicle all day long and answer phone calls when people think that they have something wrong with their software. people get mad at something that did, but some how it is my fault. during the heat of tax season this place gets pretty crazy. this time of year i will take maybe 2 phone calls in 4 hours of work. this and ESPN are the only two sites that i find remotely interesting. but reading the same thing night in and night out gets a we bit boring. i guess that i shouldn't even be complaining i get $8.50 and hour to do nothing. i don't know. i just what i am saying is that life gets very mudain in a very small town where the only things is to do is work and home.
