I don't want to sound like I'm being an asswipe but...
Do not delay any further...make the report to the cops, find out where she was last seen, let everyone she knows know that she is missing. This is not the kind of thing to screw around with you have no idea at all what could have happened to her, maybe it's nothing at all but maybe she is in trouble. Also, worrying won't do any good for yourself or her if she is in trouble what you gotta do is focus and finding out where she is.
I just want to add that maybe its nothing, I don't want to worry you any further, but screwing around and waiting a couple of days is not a good diea.
Maybe someone she knows got in trouble and needed to go and maybe she tried to phone who ever you said at work to let them know and could not reach them...But like I said, don't delay.
The more you wait the more everyone will become worried and I'm sure she doesn't want that. Although I do not see what prevents her from calling you from where she is...Anyhow I hope she is well and I hope you will rid yourself of your worries and focus on whats important.
If it we're someone that I loved I would have done everything I said above immidietly without even blinking.

man im sorry to here that rice_patrol..that sucks,anygood news yet?..man i hope ur sis is ok..i dont know wut i would do if something happened like that to me!..i'll pray for u and ur family for ur sisters safty man,its the least i can do!
