would any one want to listen to me complain??
haha soo as most of you probably know i was in a car accident..the state towed my car free of charge because it had to be investigated.. i got tickets in the mail..of which i am in the process of fighting!!!! hehe... but point being my dad stole my cd player..amp and subs out of my car because he is a jerk and claims i stole money off his credit card cause he bought the body kit for me..and then turned around and said i owe him for it cause he wouldnt pay the bill....
soo for the credit card its 1700 due to late fees... and he wants me to pay his bill....
next order of business is he has my cd player and others in his garage..and he is trying to tell me that the credit card company is holding it as evidence to the idenity theft that i did...which i didnt..for the record
... my dad still is addressed at this house and was when he bought the body kit.... but now he lives in ohio.... my dad also has stolen my rifles out of my house..including 3 shotguns given to my mom sister and i....
after i nicely asked him 2 times via email for my cd player and amp back...<mom paid for both..and i have reciepts from walmart and best buy....... he emailed me back saying he now wants another..1500 on top of the 1700 soo a total of 3200 for damages done to him.. and his car...
he gave me the car as a driver to get back and forth to school..and had told me multiple times that i could drive it and use it as my own...and that i could use it to trade in on my si... he is now going to put lawsuit against me for the prices of towing..and the prices of the other car.... and saying that i forged a registration on his car...
the good old story on the registration was he stole the plates off my car while i was away...and i didnt know who did it...soo i reported it to the state police and they refered me to the lil insurance agency who was like..15 dollars and a new plate..soo i paid up got a new plate... and i had to sign the registration on the spot...well i signed it as me...and not as my dad..and the lady made note of it on the system...cause im a jr..and she knew that because she changed the address on my lic to our 911 addy... i dont know what to do..i really wanna tell my dad to f off..and then have someone go steal the stuff out of his garage..but i cant say that on here..soo shh!.. but still he stalks my emails...my myspace..my xanga... probably this now too...
im goign to post up some of the email..it got me all fired up....ANY SUGGESTIONS?

there are a lot of things that need to be worked out,, i will ask you to repay the $1.700 you stole using my credit card ,, plus at least $1.500 for the car you smashed up that you didnt own nor had permission to change any of the bodywork...
and the money I paid out for it to be towed away,, plus the money for the other car you smashed up that I paid to be towed away ...
You are in enough trouble forging my registration documents ,, using My insurance saying you are me ,
you are lucky the other guy didnt want to sue you as you would be in deeper trouble than a few fines from that crash..
you are not responsible enough yet to own any gun .. NOT while Ben and Ethan are in that house with you..
You have a lot of growing up to do and a lot of apologies for the way you treat both your mother and I. Every thing that you have done to try and ruin a 23 year career on doing something stupid, The credit card company has most of what i got out of the car as evidence and it will remain with them until the matter is cleared up, i still love you and expect more out of you ,in doing better for yourself and the entire family, sorry the answer is the simple yes that i had been saying for years , but you need to grow up and realize life is more than cheating and stealing, dad

dude I feel your pain, my dad was 22 when he died, I was 3, I had a stepdad raise me and got my *** beat almost everyday of life. I ran away when my parents went to bed one night and never went back. it sucks you are going through that with your dad, try and talk to him man to man.Im 23 now, after being in military for 3 yrs and not seeing family we worked things out and have a great relationship. dont give up on family, you will regret it later. **** will work out Im sure

take it to court, no court I have evr seen will let a parent do this to their own child unless there is undisputable proof that you are in the wrong. Is your mother a witness to all this and/or is she willing to go to bat for you and testify against him. Take legal action because in the long run it is cheaper.
