you dont have to ride with leathers but when you body hits the pavement with shorts and a Tshirt says goodnight, you will be picking gravel out of your non existant skin o and taking a shower will be the most painful thing you ever do!!!! (leathers will help to keep you from getting road rash)

 

hell yea, road rash and taking showers with it are extremely fun! cleaning the wounds is also a pleasure.

you know who really gets me, the idiots with helmets. hah..i mean the ones with helmets strapped/attached to the back, but not on their empty head. they have enough sense to buy a helmet, they spent the money for the helmet, yet it is too much of a hastle? or doesn't look cool enough to actually use it!?

 

Lol yeah i have seen wayyyy too many people do that.

 

Lets put it this way. I slid to a stop after falling off a skateboard while going about 35 MPH and it took two nurses over 2 1/2 hours to clean out all the bits of rock and glass ((No pain meds the whole time because they didn't know if I had a head injury)). I also lost enough blood that at the scene there was a three foot solid circle of blood on the ground, and thats not counting what I lost on the way to the ER.


Remember: The road is always gonna be harder than your skin. LOL

 

damn man! that is a huge puddle of blood. when i was in college i was skating back to my dorm with my dinner.. i was going very fast..eventually was going as fast as i could since nobody was around, and ultimately i went a bit faster than i could haha. i crossed my legs and went flying through the air. headfirst into the pavement. took me (i think) a large number of seconds to figure out where i was and what had happened. had a concusion is my guess. got up..looked around for witnesses ahah..nobody around...walked the rest of the way in..not far. got to my dorm room and one of my roommates said "holy **** what happened??" wound up taking a picture with his camera (sadly i don't have the pic). but there was a lump the left side of my forehead that was easily an inch and a half tall. no blood at all though. i think i hit straight down on that spot...after that everything else was secondary.

 

I was holding on to a car when I got speed wobble and lost it. LOL I can remember being in the air and thinking "Oh this is gonna suck"

F4i is a good starter bike.

 

So theres a place called Las Sendas in Arizona where the hills are big and long boarding is great. I go down on my regualr skate board going about 20 or so and I feel the board start to wiggle fall down and hit my head on the ground have a nice scar on my elbow and I am now so scared to go down and hills!

 

yeah a good starter bike but you can make it fast as hell. with a 13/48 sprok kit, full exhaust, TFI fuel injection control box, and RR cams. oh yeah!!!
