Lucky, I bought a laptop last friday and its a $1500 piece of ****. Idk why I went with gateway. Im taking it back todaywith a 15% restocking fee

Say its defective. The store will probably not even check if its not defective. That will save you the 15% restocking fee. You could also run a magnet over the HD to break it and say it is defective. I work retail at a computer store so i figured out some of the loop holes.
