stupid DVD drives. I now have two Xboxes that wont read the discs.

There's a ton of info on the web about what to replace, how to replace, and what to replace it with. The problem is that it all contradicts!

I tried cleaning the lense and mirrors but that was a total waste of time.

sorry to hear that, is it a 360? or a reg. xbox? if it was a 360 was it one of the few first 360 sold?

If its a regular one i have a spare dvd rom i can sell you for cheap as long as you can replace it your self. If you cant i can probalby replace it for you if you dont mind shipping it to me.

 

this is the best thing I have ever seen to fix Xbox's
