Eh whenever you list something on ebay always say this "This item is also listed for sale locally, seller has the right to cancle auction anytime"

This way if it doesnt sell for what you want, just say u sold it locally, then re list it. Id say the most youll end up getting for it is 7-800 bucks, but definetly list it ASAP, because im sure that as we speak Microsoft is pumping out tons of new ones.

 

Just put it up for auction with only a Buy It Now price of like $900.
