Amanda does not own the forum, either, she is simply the Director of Operations.

I, on the other hand, have say over what comes and goes...so if there is a problem that remmy and the mods cannot handle, it will be brought before me. I am trusted by the silent owner of HCF to make judgements in the best interest of the forum.

 

So what is saying being is that [sm=admin.gif] That being said, Patrick owns all of you and so do I when hes not around . Hey, at least we are cool!

I check in every day, but post rarely as the people I've appointed to run the site do a fabulous job and I hardly ever have to step in on situations. Patrick has final say on what goes on here, I trust his and Remy's judgement totally.

I am Director of Operations over this and other sites the company I work for runs.

Just contact a Mod as myself, I have went to bat over members and stuck up for 1 in particular in the past and if the issue is important enough I will do it again. Patrick is a great guy to deal with though and Remmy is cool too. There is no need in our eyes to go over our heads but if you feel it is that important then I still suggest you run it by us first.

The reason for my questions was mostly just chit chat, and some curiousty on my part.

 

there have been instances where people have tried to "go over my head", but people should know that all "admin" or "contact" emails/pm's come to me, as well...

our point is, like MD said, and like remmy said in his post, we want people to come to us if they have a problem with someone here..
hell, even if you have a problem with me, or one of the mods, it is best to bring it to someones attention.

Please don't figure any of this wrong... people CAN come to me, but anything will be discussed with my admins Patrick and Remmy as they have a major say in my decisions running the site since they participate here daily. They are easily reached where as unless you contact me via email, I'm not here 100% of the time, as I have other sites to work with as well as this one. Should there be an issue, I'd prefer if they handled it unless it was major enough where I needed to come in and lay the smack down on you all.
