'01 Civic 4cyl. A/C blower stopped!!
A couple weeks ago the blower stopped in my father-in-laws' 2001 Civic. The blower doesn't appear to engage at all as the lights don't dim when I try to turn it on nor do you hear any sound get any other indication it is trying to turn on. The little blue light on the fan speed **** doesn't turn on either..
Can anybody suggest what I can look for to try and solve this.. or at the very least to get a better idea of what is possibly wrong?
I thought I'd checked all the fuses, but don't see any specifically labeled for the blower...
Thanks for ANY advice!!!

I think the blower fuse is in the box near the battery under the hood. Measure voltage at the motor (between the 2 pins of the plug) when it is supposed to be on high. If you have 12 volts but it is not running, the motor is definitely bad. If there is no voltage, the control panel has a self-check function. It is usually the power transistor if it's not the motor.

Do the other features of the control panel work, like turning on the rear defroster and A/C lights when the corresponding button is pressed? Also the air doors should move when you turn the air vent selector. If not the panel may not be getting any power, this is a separate circuit than the blower fuse. Or the panel could be bad.
