I did check the back up fuse and it was still solid. I tried running the idle relearn test this morning where you run the engine at 3k unil the radiator fan kicks on.... I'm not sure I can hear it when it kicks on so I stopped after about a min.... does anyone know how long it would take for it to kick on when doing this from a cold start.

What's weird is while I was doing this I did notice some white smoke coming out the back from the exhaust... it is a little cold outside but not that cold... I wonder if there is an oil build up in the exhaust or else where that could be causing my issue? And this morning was the first time that it didn't do the idle stutter that it has been doing.
