My wife's 01 ex coupe, auto, 68K miles, new plugs and air filt; drives a few minutes (1/2 mile or so of the day's first start-up),then the looses power (but doesn't stall)...gas pedal has no effect. Then it regains full power and is good for the rest of the day! Occurs when stopping, or when just starting, in wet or dry, hot or coolweather. No rhyme or reason. No codes on the analyzer. The mechanic is at a loss for cause.Seems to be worse as gas tank gets lower.Fuel Pump? Dangerous when entering the highway...we really need help! Dealer just did a software up-date for 95 bucks with no effect.
