Default 02 ac not working

My a/c stopped working, fan blows but the condenser doesn't kick in. I checked both fuse boxes (one under the hood and the one under the steering column, but cannot find one specifically marked a/c. Any help will be greatly appreciated, 93 degrees in Chicago today.Thanks.

Default another update

When the engine is started and the a/c is on, both fans do not work and the a/c does not kick in. Looks like I may have to look at the heater control unit behind the dash.

First consider if a leak has sprung and it is shut down because all the refrigerant has leaked out. When the pressure switch has tripped the car will do what you are seeing. If you don't have gauges you can unplug the pressure switch and check it for continuity.
