Default 02 civic front brake issue

I've had this issue for a couple weeks. The drivers side wheel heats up so you can't touch the wheel lugs. I took it to one guy and he said it was the caliper. He replaced it with a rebuilt one. Issue still persists. Took it to another shop and he said it was the brake hose. He replaced it. Still the left front wheel heats up so you can't touch the lug nuts. Does anyone here know anything about brakes and how to resolve this issue?

Why are you touching the lug nuts immediately after driving? What makes you believe there is a problem? Are you seeing excessive brake dust, uneven pad wear, or hear noises while braking?

Why??? Because it's a problem and not supposed to do this. Then why are the lug nuts on the passenger side cool to the touch immediately after driving? So you see there is a problem.
