Default '04 Civic Hybrid CVT 1.3L Tranny Replacement. HELP

PLEASE HELP.
I am attempting to find a replacement transmission. I keep getting 1.7L mostly in all of my searches. My car is a 1.3L CVT. The 1.7 are NOT CVT and I would assume they are therefore NOT interchangeable. ARE THEY?- Also, on some sites, the results vary my emissions standards, while some most other sites DO NOT SPECIFY any emissions info. My car meets US Federal Emission standards. Is this a factor when considering a replacement transmission? Also, how do I determine what year's transmission will work with my car. For instance, an '09 came up in my search. Will that fit? What the heck is naturally aspirated? Is my car naturally aspirated? Does it matter?
