Angry 06 Civic

I was driving on the highway for 25 mins to a destination. on the way back about halfway I started to hear sound coming from the left side it sounds like a Cat purr or fan hitting against something. This sound happens when starting driving speed like 10 and 30. I hear nothing when Idling Problem resolved fender liner clip came off

hard to really say with just a description of the sound. of hand id say a lose gaurd or something vibrating just right or possibly a wheel bearing. you described it as a purr the best i can compare that too is a wheel bearing. is it kind of like the sound you hear when a truck passes you with big knobby off road style tires?
