07 diesel civic. P0202, and check eng reg appearing

Default 07 diesel civic. P0202, and check eng reg appearing
New injector, and fuel filter. Engine occasionally rough, and car feels like it's accelerating for a very split second sometimes.

Any ideas would be appreciated

OBD-II Trouble Code: P0202 Cylinder 2 Injector Circuit Malfunction

Has the PCM been tested?

No, but it probably is worth checking. Currently when I'm sitting at a junction (not touching any pedals) it feels as though someone is blipping throttle over, and over again.
