08 Clutch Slipping feel.

Default 08 Clutch Slipping feel.
my 08 civic when i first start it and start to drive seems like the clutch isnt ingaging all the way, and kinda bogges down when its cold but then runs fine when its warmed up, any ideas?

Do you have any idle surge, CEL's, or other issues?

it surges when its cold but when it warms up its fine
