My 'maint req'd' light came on. I just turned over 150K miles on the 2002 Civic LX. I just had an oil change and the mechanic that did that replaced the engine air filter. He also said he noticed the rear brake lines were badly corroded. He added that he can't help me with that and to take it to a Honda garage. I'm an old lady and can't do any sort of car repair work.

What else should be done in the way of 150K maintenance? Probably would cost more than the wholesale value.
