Default 16DY7 PCV valve ..how do I get to it?

I can barely see it. It is down between the engine and the throttle body. How do I get a hand on it to replace it? See the spot circled with the Red marker...that is it.

If I remember correctly, you need to remove the air filter box, throttle cable, and both coolant hoses connected to the IACV. Thereafter, having small hands, a long pair of needle nose pliers, and a lot of patience and curse words would really help.

Doust!
I've already put plenty of bad mouth on both the PCV valve and the engineers that put it there. I will work on taking the air cleaner housing off tomorrow so I can further asses the situation. I am thinking that the IACV is another thing I was looking. I wanted to take it off and clean it up like in the thread I saw on here.
Thanks for your reply on this thread and also in my "oil in air cleaner" thread RonJ. What would us newbs do without forum members like you that are patient enough to try to help other less knowledegable members.

.....and the throttle body. I ended up taking the throttle body off because I did not have any long reach pliers. I don't know how much dealerships pay the mechanics but they should give the machanics a bigger cut of the hourly fee the dealership charges customers. That was real booger bear just to replace a lousy PCV valve.
Thank goodness the PCV valve was almost completely clogged up with crub. I would have been very angry if it had not of needed replacing.
So then ...I have replaced: fuel filter,PCV valve, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor button and changed the manual transmission fluid.
What am I forgetting that needs replacing or cleaning?
