Default 1989 Honda Civic CEL code 19

Alright, I have recently bought a 1989 Honda Civic DX with a 1.5L engine. The check engine light is on but when I checked the codes I get 19 short blinks on the ECU. According to the check engine light codes post it is a lock up control solenoid. But there shouldn't be that many short blinks, right? From what I've gathered from all of the different forums and stuff is that a code 19 should be 1 long blink and 9 short blinks. I've also read somewhere that the 89 honda accord/civic used an obd0 system. please help :[

Also, this is a five speed manual transmission. I don't know why a A/T specific code is showing up on an M/T ECU.

OBD0 blinks out a number of blinks, not a combination of long and short. Be sure you're counting correctly. Code 20 (ELD sensor) is common and usually spurious. If it really is 19 someone put an auto ECU in your manual car.
