1991 - Fuse Layout for lighter

I would like to use my cell phone charger but my lighter is out. Can anyone tell me which slot in the fuse box is for the lighter? Thanks.

I am not sure but you can take a trip to a part store autozone or advance and look in the book.Normal though there is a guide on the back of the cover did it fall off?
