Default 1992 Civic LX driver door wiring harness connector

I am having trouble with the power windows and door locks on this car. Thanks to this forum, it led me to the main culprit. The wiring harness connectors between the door and the car have some bad pins in the connector itself. Where can I find new connector pins? Or has anyone ever spliced in individual wire connectors for each wire and did away with these grey connectors? Thanks for any input.

Electrons don't care about pins as long as they can flow through. If there is enough room on the car and if you have skill, tools and connectors, you can do splice.

Molex pins should be available on ebay or radioshack, if that is what you need.
