1992 civic wont start when humid outside

Default 1992 civic wont start when humid outside

Okay when it is humid outside or raining I cannot start my car right away when I turn the key the fuel pump won't turn on right away for some reason after a minute or 3 it will

Start with the main relay. It was a lemon part those years, leading to intermittent failure to start because it doesn't always turn the fuel pump on.

I'm sorry I didn't mention I already replaced the main relay

You may need to replace the ECU then. If it's not the main relay, a few people here have had ECU's that were slow to "boot up". That does the same thing with CEL staying on and fuel pump not starting.
