Just purchased Civic .
However car is locked there are no keys(got it cheap) I have to move it or lose it....any help as to getting into it and if it had locked steering wheel how to unlock....I only have 1/2 block to move it

 

Call a dealer and provide proof of ownership? It sounds like you are asking us to help you steal the car.
