Default 1998 Civic Water Pump Bolts

I wanted to replace the 4 water pump bolts for my 1998 Civic. The problem is that on the schematics (WATER PUMP - THERMOSTAT for 1998 Honda CIVIC SEDAN) , it only shows the top two bolts. In the diagram, they are 19 and 20. Any clue what size the bottom left bolt is? The reason I ask is because I broke it off into the engine and so, cannot measure it.

There is one short bolt #19, the other three are the same longer bolts #20. This can be deduced by looking at the number required column in the parts table. (the other two #20 bolts out of the total of 5 are on the water outlet).

I'm not sure how I missed that. I blame it on the frustration with breaking the bolt and being unable to get it out.
Thanks!
