I have a 1999 Civic DX hatchback that needs a replacement right door. I have found 2 6th gen civics, both with 4 doors and was curious if they would fit my car. Being a two door, I kind of just assume the doors would be larger but before I drive all the way out to look at the 4 door cars and start the replacement I would like to know if any one knew if it would fit before hand. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

 

Definitely will not fit. I think that coupe doors fit the hatchback but not positive about that.

Also 96-97 is slightly different from 98-00. Not sure if the doors were affected.

Junkyards have a database of what parts will interchange and would be able to tell you for sure.
